May I have an order number to work out the problem? And a country?
This isn't something that should ever happen. If there's a problem with an order, you should have be made aware of it.

Apologies for mentioning your name.
Whilst we're here:

We opted for the fastest service aus post provides, even though they were a day late picking up from us. Sorry for the delay.

If anyone else has run into this issue please get in contact. When we look back and examine the longevity of the headway 36V 10Ah packs we are a little underwhelmed. Despite the battery factory honoring each and every warranty claim (and subsequently customers getting replacements), overall...
Hi Tom, yes we did make a pretty glaringly obvious mistake. Normally it's not even possible as the batteries are packaged in the factor with the cradles complete (pic below) but on this occasion, we took a battery from a showroom e-bike and we didn't check before it shipped. Our mistake!
Is this Jurgis? I think maybe you should have updated this thread with the revelation received yesterday:

False alarm, battery is working, but still missing the cradle. And wobbles inside.
Sparks don't fly anymore from charger after turning it on.
When are young...
Got something to add Dan?
Blackjackle, we've never shied away from our warranty obligations. Did we offer to replace your rack, more than once? Yes. Did we offer you a full refund for the entire kit? Yes. Are we still, after over a year, willing to offer you a replacement rack? Yes.
Your...
At the moment we still have the same rear rack which we stock spares of in each warehouse should there be any issues. You're welcome to another one of those to have as a backup just in case there is a problem. We have 55 spares in the US warehouse (I don't know why there are that many).
Despite...
I'm not saying you didn't contact the company, but you didn't contact me which is easy to do here (on ES).
I'm just saying that if you didn't get anywhere asking questions through our 'contact us' that is probably the reason.
We went down that road and found that it wasn't going to be a better...
And just to clear up something you mentioned about having to shame us to honour our promise of developing a new rear rack.
I haven't had a single message from you since your other threads were blocked by admin.
Our sales staff probably aren't aware of 90% of the preproduction things we make...
We actually did draft and build a prototype rear rack that would comfortably hold the 48V 20Ah size bricks of batteries (not the same as yours). We spent a lot of time on it and there were a couple variations.
In the end, we found that it was too fiddly to assemble and we didn't like that much...
Hi there, I'm not 100% sure of the specifics of the modifications and the previous troubles, but I can help out from here.
Has there been any damage to the wiring going in to the hub? Did the previous faulty controller exhibit the same exact problems? That would probably point to a problem with...
Hi bikin_it,
How did you go with re-setting the P and C values? We have seen kits with similar issues where these settings are not correct and end up spitting out weird issues on the display; no voltage readout being one. The P and C values mentioned above in this post from BMS Battery may...
These are the two most likely scenarios, and without taking the battery apart and inspecting the cell packs at the bms for low voltage cells it can be quite hard to diagnose. Leaving the pack on charge to balance may bring the low cells back to the other cells voltage and may let you get some...
Ahh i see why it would feel slower. The kepler .el file has not been modified and is setup for the BBS02 on that page so current is limited to 20A. On the software you can change the settings to 30A for the limit current on the HD. They were restricted on the BBS02 units because of heat and...
