That looks absolutely horrible. I would get all my money back and then some. :D Shoulda went with konions :D My Cammy_CC battery is still ok. Im not doing any big discharge rates on mine so its fine for the scooter I have.
I just got some konions in the mail from an ebay bosch fatpack. I havent picked up a charger yet but I was wondering if it would be hard to make a single or double cell charger for these konions? Do they sell double cell chargers for 18650 konions?
I dont know if you noticed but pico1 looks like our friend from Falcon-EV. He's uploaded the same graph that our buddy has on his website. Maybe pico1 is taking a peek at our forums. :)
EDIT ADD: Pico's graph at 3C is no where close to Dr.Bass' graph at 3C. Im going with Doc on this one.
It all makes sense now. :D My only concern now is I have no idea how I would mount this to the bike. Can you buy this as a whole kit? When do you expect this to be completely finished?
The adapters are not for the motor shafts, but for the output shaft of the drive, which is 1/2". It is not too hard to get pulleys for 12mm motor shafts. Plus, you can drill these out pretty easily.

Im totally confused. Is there a diagram or something that I can look at?
So do I need to get both the FW adaptor and crankset?

I was thinking of doing the exact same thing for my ebike. The reason that he uses the clutch is because of the high amp draw to get the go kart (or bike) moving.
Once the go kart or bike is moving, I dont think that there is a problem.
The main reason that the clutch has been overlooked is...

Great video. Im looking forward to how you are going to mount it to the bike and get it running.
Headways all the way. The Thundersky cells do not have the discharge rates that Headway has. The negative to getting Headways is paralleling them together and the BMS. Nobody knows the real life expectancy of these cells yet.
