For 9€ you get 10 credits in Emetor, which generally allow you to make much more than a single simulation (depending on the size of your finite elements problem that Emetor solves). You can get an idea about the price of Emetor simulations here...

I have slightly modified the Emetor solver, so there is a chance that your 24t 22p design might run now. BTW: 24t 22p is a rather promising pole-slot combination with a higher winding factor than the 24t 20p design.

Another option is Koil. Not online, but free and open-source.

Inductances should soon be calculated for BLDC simulations as well in Emetor. Star connection looks fine, but delta connection gives me some headaches :?
