Need to find this connector for battery and controller

Yep. I did just this after some thought. It turned out to be a very elegant solution. Thanks to everyone for the advice. After almost a decade here, this place still rocks hard. :D

Need to find this connector for battery and controller

Thanks for the answer. I'm going to try to clean the contacts and resolder a tab for now. And I'll also contact the manufacturer and invest in dielectric grease. Thanks

Need to find this connector for battery and controller

Due to an overuse of winter road salt in NYC, the connectors to my battery and controller corroded. Can anyone tell me where I can find these specific connectors? Thanks in advance!

Wave Ebike another Indiegogo backed Alibaba quality bike

Magnificent job by kmadd22. Anyway, I actually like the design of this Chinese ebike better, the X-Treme XB-300Li, of which I paid only $500.... The controller is sealed in a concealed compartment under the pedals and the battery is locked behind the seat post. It's a very stealthy build...

found new cheap site for BMS, LiFePO4 & charger up to 18000W

Can't wait to see how these test and the discharge rate. Appears they have completely sold out on all LiFePO4.

    Kill switch wiring

Thanks Knuckles, good to know. These Shenzhen controllers are fantastic. I was a little hesitant wiring an on/off to orange at first, but it has been working great for several months now. Otherwise, there's always that fear about fusing the contacts during operation, even heavy-duty in parallel...

    ping is not a brand

Perhaps it was just a misunderstanding. But Ping, the eBay seller, has worked hard to develop brand loyalty and trust. And you must do the same for your cammycc brand. I hope you continue to post, to clear up any further misunderstandings and answer technical questions. I'm sure there will be...

What Battery Technology do you use

Obvious choice for a poll, but great nonetheless. Hope everyone participates. I'm still using SLA. I was going to jump on LiFePO4 last year. Now I'm glad I waited. Doesn't seem like the technology is completely mature yet. I'm sorta leaning toward the more proven, and slightly more robust, NiMh...

    Chinese Connection

Great job from this fellow NYer! I was trying to tell everyone here just how receptive ecrazyman was to suggestions, but wasn't very convincing. What a great opportunity to help create an awesome controller. My first request was for regenerative braking and a heavy duty power switch, but then...

    LIFEPO4 from Ebikes.ca

Ebikes.ca is at the top of trusted ebike places in my mind. I've had nothing but great experiences in my dealings with them. I'm also curious as to how these new LiFePO4s perform.

Get This as Your Headlight A++++

I used this light a few times and love it. Mostly when riding to my sisters house in Long Island. They have lots of twisty darkly wooded roads in her area. Not a single car had a problem viewing and accommodating me on the road. And it illuminates the entire road for a good distance. Almost...

    really poor hub motors

China is a pretty vast place. I'd imagine there is far less corruption than honest hard-working people. The factories are also a lot nicer and advanced than most people expect. Suzhou Bafang Electric Motor Science-Technology Co., Ltd., manufacturers of hub motors...

    Duct Tape E-Bay Lifepo4s???

Duct tape is pretty ghetto. :) I guess it should be all right at 48V/20Ah then, but not much over. Maybe the worse thing that happens is that the switch overheats and fuses together. I'm going to have to brush up on this stuff.

    Duct Tape E-Bay Lifepo4s???

Switches are usually conservative with their ratings. There's no DC listed, but it's probably something like 16a/30V. But I though AC and DC had fairly linear voltage and current under a resistive load, and the power would depend on phase? And also DC should be more efficient and dissapate far...
