The 72v 30ah battery from westcoast electric cycles was $1300 shipped
it took about 6 weeks to get it
The battery is awesome well worth the wait
the 30Q cells kicks ass in a big way
I hit mt motor with 94 amps a lot and the battery just keeps...
Been a while since I put any thing up but trike is doing great
I really like running the two 52v batteries hooked together in parallel it makes it 48 ah
and 100 amps continuous and 140 amps burst I set the controller at
98 amps with the 20 inch rear wheel it makes it a rocket from 0 to 30 mph...

only sagged 6v pulling 94 amps momma mea dats a some spicy pizza 94.39 amps x 52.9 v = 4993 watts

the 273 is bigger in size that's why they are calles a 273 your standard hub motors are 205 mm
look close the motor in the video of the dude smoking the tire is a 273
but the ones in the rest of the pictures of the red fat tire are 205's

Up date on my 205 35mm V2 doing great on my EEB I went into the controller
and uped the game now I see 90+amps on the CA at 78v x 90 amps = 7020 watts with a 26 inch...

mine set up is quite different in the aspect that a lot of the frame and swing arm is going to be modified
but I really like what you have done
I am upping the bar on the kmx this winter
I am going to swap out the edge for a QS 50mm motor but
still run the 72v 30q battery from WCEC and the 18 fet controller from ERT
will be adding rear suspenshion
Along with the awesome Addam 333 front suspenshion
