I drained the battery down to 51v and the beast started working! Now I can get back to making this thing look like a professional install instead of some hacked together mess. :)

Confirmed the voltage. The charger has 48v on the front and 58.8v on the back. The fact that the battery pack actually got to 58v probably indicates that there is no decent BMS in the pack. I’ve got a soldering iron plugged into it to discharge the pack.
