Tsdz2 firmware open source adapted to vlcd5, vlcd6 and xh18

Anyone knows which limitations there will be if i force run the software without a speed sensor like here? Error E08 while using throttle V20.1C1 · Issue #15 · emmebrusa/TSDZ2-Smart-EBike-1 My bike has an elevated chain stay and the cable is not long enough to ensure good proximity to the magnet.

TSDZ2 EBike wireless standard (like Specialized Turbo Levo) - OpenSource

Would it not be even simpler just to use my android phone with the app as remote and skip the remote. I'm thinking I can more or less set and forget it. Trying to make the simplest build possible (and keep my handlebars clean)

TSDZ2 EBike wireless standard (like Specialized Turbo Levo) - OpenSource

I simply love this project. My current LCD5 has just broken down due to water ingress and I'm looking for a new solution. The wireless controller paired with the android app would be optimal for me. But I'm afraid it would be too big of a project to handle with my limited skills. Are there any...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

English is my second language, but I think I get the idea (will have to look up a few words). Will it be strong enough, and with how much force can I tighten it? Noone made pictures of this I guess? Thx buddy!

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Guys I'm doing a conversion of an old e-stay MTB frame with a cargo fork. Without a straight chainstay I have trouble fixing the motor. Anyone have creative ideas on how I could do it? https://www.dropbox.com/s/owfdv10199yyd9u/2020-08-10%2016.24.04.jpg?dl=0...

Anyone know if you can buy an offset chainring in Europe. I have standard spider + 104bcd spider. My chainline could use som adjusting, see image here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/chuyjal30ljgug8/2020-07-27%2008.43.49.jpg?dl=0 Haven't been able to find one :(

Subscribed! Let us know how it goes. I'm particular interested in whether or not you feel the motor is powerful enough, and can manage the extra weight and need for torque.

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Hi Knutsel. Thank you for your reply. Not what I was hoping to hear, as I've eyeing this motor for a while. The only thing I can compare it to is my BBS02 750w 48v and it is very heavy duty (like a motorbike). But I actually miss the "real" bicycle experience as I mostly use the throttle (it...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Hi Retro Thank you for your reply. I've been looking at the Sturmey Archer, and maybe thats a good solution for me. It's twice the cost but still relatively cheap (Rohloff etc.). I've read about it here...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Thank you so much for your reply and time. I tested my preferred cadence this morning and I think I will go with the 48V. In regards to gearing I haven't really thought of the option to do singlespeed. My BBS02 has a Nuvinci 380 automatic gear, but if I turn it off it seems to have no problem...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Hi tomtom (& all) I've read your tutorial, and followed this thread for a while. I'm about to start a 2-wheel cargo build (Bullit-style Longjohn but in steel), and have a few questions. I understand theres quite a few variables concerning which motor to buy, and I have a hard time getting my...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

You are in the wrong thread mate. This one revolves around the TSDZ2 not the Bafang BBSXX motor, hence the confusion. Check the forum index. :thumb:
