There was definitely something strange with the original ods file with some run-on column headers. I've installed the latest LibreOffice 4.1.4.2. I cleaned up the file and resaved as ods and xls. Please find the updated files attached.
I thought I would have a little more time to shop for my rear wheel upgrade, but I went for another ride at 3000 watts and the rear sprocket is crumbling in short order. The first and second gears seem to have broken/separated in the freewheel. The higher gears seem to be one piece though and...
My impression reading the forums is that Rohloff hubs are ebike capable. At $1500 a hub, which is more than a GNG and top end battery costs, it better be. 14 speeds is way too many for an ebike though. I think 5 is about right, even 7 seems too many sometimes. The Sturmey Archer 5 speed gear...
Interestingly, I'm still using the cantilever brakes that came with the bike and they are working very well at this point and have been the least of my concerns. I haven't ridden in the rain though and I would certainly adjust according to weather. My braking power with the the cantilevers is...
My adventures with cheap components continue. :D
I got a flat which gave cause to take a closer look at my rear wheel which was in serious need of attention. My rim was quite wobbly and my freewheel sprocket runout had greatly increased. It turns out, I had a flat, bent axle, broken spoke and...
I highly recommend XPD. The current version already has CellMan specific Infineon 3 programming profiles too.

If you need support, the ES thread is at http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=27927
You really should use XPD. Even Zombiess admits it's a better solution.
I actually have taken the time to verify the inputs and outputs of XPD against Zombiess' and Lyen's versions of the Keywin E-bike Lab so I can confirm they are correct.

This is a strange question because you appear to imply that 2 stroke mopeds are unreliable. I saw a Puch Maxi in yellow that was sitting outside against a house rusting in the elements for who knows how long. I expressed interest and got it for practically free. I rode that thing everywhere and...
Most people enjoy a night out with friends and leave the bar in safe riding/driving condition. Living in CR, you should be more concerned with getting mugged at gunpoint for your shoes. They do have all you can drink buffet clubs in CR so maybe that is where you get your concerns. Stay safe...
I've had a chance to ride with the new chain drive on a few rides. I can definitively say that I love the chain drive. The durability is far above the belt. I do prefer the quiet of the belt, but the reliability of the chain at higher wattage is worth the noise. My last ride I was peaking close...
If getting it running natively on Mac OS X is to much, you could always install VirtualBox with Windows 7 inside. There are binaries for all of the necessary Python components for Windows. Then it's just of a matter importing the USB serial device into VirtualBox which is straightforward. If you...
It sounds like they are giving you full technical support in troubleshooting your issue. You are just not willing to go through the process. There is a setting on the CA3 for calibrating the voltage. Are you just too lazy to let them help you calibrate and set it? It should be be calibrated when...
I'm going to have to go ahead and confidently say yes. However, it won't be simple.
XPD needs:
Python 2.7

PyGTK 2.24

PySerial 2.6

Relevent Mac OS X support code from...
