this is it rtoday after being on charge all day,now its max v+ is 51v,seems cell groupe 1 reaches 4.3v cutting off the charger before any other groups charge,see blured pic

a big spark is normal,its the caps in the controler charging up.

battery goosed i would guess,take voltage readings under full load.

my battery only charges to 49v then charger cuts off,its a smart bms set to static balance starting at 4v,the charger is a new 54.6v 3amp unit,any ideas what to look for,if it was a cell groupe dead i imagine i would get no power out but it still performs ok on the road but with reduced...

there is but gives answers in chinese,my mandarin is not too hot! lol.

can no body list what all the settings of the app are for and what they do? im using xiaoxiang:v2.1.1011,it would be be cool if someone can explaine all the wierd settings,ie what they do.

Hi all,i was running a 500w 48v controller,i thought it had died so ordered a replacement,the seller sent a 350w,when i complained they refunded me and told me to keep the controller,it was the motor that was fried from ages ago,i fitted the 350w controller,i used to get about 20 miles range...

i hade the exact same issue,the company who made the bms was as mutch use as tits on a bull,i got mine working by trial and error,seems all there diagtams were all one out,finaly the app+screen seen it as a 13s pack and not 10s i think it was reporting,what a dogshit company!,typical chinky...

can nobody give me an answer,where are all the so called experts here?!.

good untill they strip,mine used to last about 150 miles max,did 3 sets then went to direct drive.
