How did you attach wires to these cells/the cells to eachother? Did soldering work normally? Hardware (nuts/bolts)? Spot welding? They're way cheaper than buying any new lipo packs and I'm just wondering how tough they are to actually make into a pack.

Did you hook the two meanwells up in series? IF so, did you put any special diodes or anything inline with the output?

What diode are you using on the output? I think I may leave the supplies hooked up all the time so i dont have to worry an open connector at pack voltage.

Do you have to plug in the connectors from each charger to each bank every time you charge?

Awesome! Thats one way to do it. I guess the only thing I wouldn't like about that method is that the separate banks may charge unevenly and you'd have to monitor two "packs" instead of one. Although one should be able to get the charge currents and voltages pretty close.

Can you supply a link to the diodes you are using? I eventually want to charge with the power supplies in series and run through a cycle analyst as well.
