What do you think of installing an additional switch that will shorten the throttle for cruising at full power? It could be also equipped with a large linear potentiometer for having a precise manual cruising speed adjustment. Anyone tried it?

Earlier in the thread I shared the fact that most of my battery pack is brass-tabs-based. I used 0.1 mm brass sheet, cut it myself with scissors. A sheet for all tabs for a few kWh pack cost ca 5$. But brass is weak.
