    12s battery on 10s motor

    My motor, sk3 6364 245kv, is rated for 10s and I am using a 12s battery. Didn't realize until now max voltage for is is 10s. Is this just a heat thing(make sure it doesn't get too hot) or will the extra power kill the magnets or something like that?
