    How many amps should a new Turnigy 80-85 pull?

    Just testing a new, factory wind, Turnigy (80-85 170Kv) and at 49v I got around 8 amps and 8600 rpm (WOT no load). The Kv worked out about right at 176Kv working back from dividing the rpm by volts. Does the amp reading seem correct to you?
