    Thanks for the replies, dnmun: what you descibe is exactly what I am seeing .The charger cuts off at 3.9 volts,but I only managed to get the other cells up to 3.45.I'll keep working with it untill I can hopfully get all the cells up to 3.65. Thanks Andrew

    Thanks for the reply.These both sound like good ideas.I have considered trying to bend some aluminium rod and bolt or weld it to my existing rack,but my welding skills are minimal .Especially with aluminium .This gives me another alternative. :idea:
