    My Sun Trip Bike, Back to Back Tandem Trike with Rowing Generator, Pedals, +Solar

    hi all. I feel so grateful for all the brainstorming that has been done so far for 2020 edition. The velo in the picture must belong to Jean-Marc Dubouloz. There's another WAW registered, another Quest, and probably a third WAW to be confirmed. I'll be the one in the Quest. Calculations aside...

    New Bafang Crank-Drives

    thanks a bunch. I was not aware of c963. I'll order one right away I still think they should have improved the current at low RPMs. No excuse for them not having any notion of power electronics. Maybe we'll find a solution around it.. A dynamic change of power assist level based on motor RPM...

    New Bafang Crank-Drives

    hi guys I am trying to find out a few informations regarding this kit, but a quick search in the 170+ pages of this thread did not give useful any results. I admit I only used a friends BBS02 for a brief moment, but I realised a few shortcomings: - the LCD does not have the power output...

    BMSBattery S-LCD3 <--> S06s serial data protocol?

    Hi x-speed, I am glad to hear you decoded the lcd-1 protocol and i think it would be a dream come true if we were able set the angle tuning on our controllers. I intend to buy the lcd-3 and find out how it works, but in the meantime I am stuck with a different problem. I bought the basic LED...

    GNG, 1000W 48V BB-drive, $400

    Hello, so after a quite a few orders from the german ebuy-er screwcorner I finally found the actual dimensions of both GNG motor shaft and MAC: GNG motor shaft: Imperial 7/16-14 Mac Imperial 9/16-17. It seems that 9/16-17 is a pretty custom dimension, so I used the grinder to narrow a 9/16-16...

    GNG, 1000W 48V BB-drive, $400

    Hello guys. I lost the nut that holds the sprocket on the motor shaft, but the GNG doesn't know what type it is. Can anyone of you tell me how can I find this nut? I tried about all hardware stores, but no luck at all. It seems that this type of nut is not used in Italy.. I also happen to have a...

    suspect bad FET driving engineering in Chinese controllers

    thank you very much! I guess I still have to learn a lot. Now everything makes sense. I was about to take out the mosfets and switch the high side mosfets with the p-channel counterparts and to modify the circuit accordingly only to see what happens. Probably I'll make a couple more simulations...

    suspect bad FET driving engineering in Chinese controllers

    Hello everyone, I'm new on this forum and I'd like to use this opportunity to say hi to everyone! I happen to be an ebike fan like everyone else, but my last 3 diy bicycles got stolen, so so lately I'm doing more of an documentation work rather than a practical one. At the address...
