Hi ! It's been a long time but just wanted to give you an update... I'm still running my 2014 eProdigy Whistler !!! A little bit less though because now, I also have a folding bike and a fixie bike... so I'm shuffling between the 3 !!! I'm probably around 8200km (some km were "lost" the first...

I agree! I calculated the cadence depending of the speed and the level of assistance and the motor (I have the 350w) is confortable as long as you don't overpass those "limits" : Level 3: 60rpm Level 4: 65rpm Level 5: 70rpm I would say that for a "regular" cyclist, this is the main...

Hi ! Here's a quick summary of my first summer with my eProdigy Whistler :-). I got my eProgidy bike at the beginning of May and I did more than 3000 km (May to November, minus September). I don't know if I will still be able to ride in the upcoming days as it's really cold now here (it was...

The thing is, your battery needs a special key to be lock/unlock (so an additionnal problem for thieves). Another thing to mention is that electric bikes are usually (for now) less attractive than regular speed carbon bikes (unless you have a Stromer or a Turbo). Still, I use a kryptonite u-lock...

Hi Tessa, like Bill, I had some issues with my Whistler but eProdigy offered a very good service. I ordered my bike at the end of April and I received it the following week. As I'm not in Vancouver area (Ottawa), I had to assemble the whole bike by myself. The brakes were difficult to adjust...

My motor is possessed !!! It worked again and I touched nothing. Really weird... Anyway, we'll see how long it works. I changed the kickstand for a double... Not perfect for speed 1-2 (the chain barely touch the kickstand) but the rest is fine. It's useful to test the throttle ;-)...

I really don't know what happened... I have no problem to use it with pedalling but the throttle is really dead and the motor is "possessed" when on kickstand. Check my youtube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-R_va8Er4-M (around 1:15 and 2:00).

Got new issues today... The throttle is dead and on standby, the motor has hiccups (so if I put the bike on kickstand, the bike will fall down). I will check all connectors...

Hi ! I took the specs from eProdigy website and I added my observations... Max Motor Speed: 32km/h (as limited by controller) – can be set up to max 40 km/h with pedaling Speed Range: Up to 45 km (varies with terrain and pedaling) at level 1, between 20 km and 25 km at level 5/only with...

That's amazing! Could it fit on current Whistler model?

I'm really not able to fix these damn disk brakes. I will have to go to a bike shop (eProdigy proposed to send me a gift card of $25). However, I found an interesting thing about the throttle. It´s linked with the mode (and there are 5 modes) so without any weight on the rear wheel and in mode...

I received my Whistler yesterday. Unfortunately, the bike is damaged (scratchs) at some places. The box was in perfect state so I guess it was damaged before the transport. There's also some grease/stain that I was not able to remove on the front of the frame. I have few problems with the brakes...

I can see it now :-) ! Could you put a full picture of your bike? Even with this "home-made" modification, you have better performances?

Hi WASYLBRYTAN ! A week ago, I discovered eProdigy Bikes and that kept my attention until I got some opinions from different people that mid-drive (Coaxial Bottom-Bracket Motor) bikes last shorter because the mechanism can wear out faster. Then, after reading your posts, I saw that around...
