Also, those damn square BBs fail in the most annyoing ways, are hard to remove, therefore hard to clean and the bearings are tiny. I would welcome to get rid of them forever and replace them with the newer direct mount style any day

Hey Dave, about those seals: without knowing what this might all entail, but maybe you can adapt seals from IGHs for this purpose? The Rohloff or the Kindernay both are sealed and oilfilled and very roughly the same size as the tangent so maybe you can use those (somehow...)

    Qulbix Raptor 76R Cyclone Build

Brilliant solution. Thank you for paving the way! I wonder if qulbix can just build you a slightly wider rear from the factory if only little adjustments are needed. Do the spokes and holes on the rohloff line up well? If you have the time can you post your rpm/torque speed figures if you...

Dave's 80:1 RC mid drive kit build log

Hey Dave, are there any technical reasons why one couldn't use a BB Torque sensor that senses both sides?

    New German mid drive kit

Ah very expensive solution for that everyday problem we all face: Having a mid drive motor that is easy to remove /s This markets to idiots. It solves a non problem that people seem to think they have: Middrives aren't easy to install. But it's a one time thing. Who here honestly ever felt...

is this good news? (Graphene battery)

    Replacing a BBS01 Controller with a 36V BBS02 Controller?

    > Error code on display, erratic operation, just dead etc... Display and Speedometer works but PAS, Walking Mode and Throttle doesn't do anything. Wattmeter stays at 0.

    Replacing a BBS01 Controller with a 36V BBS02 Controller?

BBS01 How much can it REALLY take?

Hey everyone, So I recently finished my BBS01 Build and while I propably won't reprogramm it I have noticed on the displays' wattmeter (that gives you a more of a guestimate, less of a measurement) that it peaks at around 600W but goes down to 350-250 watt depending on how much I pedal myself...
