Ok I'll spell it out for you all:
I have exactly the same bike as the op and was able to help him out, However due to complete assholes who think they're ebike geniuses questioning every post I make despite the fact that I've dismantled the battery and motor to figure the speca out then...
I'm not giving him crap, he, like Adrian_, assumes to much before he posts.
Maybe You guys could show him the true potential of the CA:
Throttle input, 3 speed switch, regen etc as the bike are setup throttle direct to sabvoton.
I wouldn't have bothered posting anything unless it was the same...
I stated above that I have the same bike (among 4 others),,,,,,.,,am I missing something?
Dictionary reference for the uneducated
SAME: identical with what is about to be or has just been mentioned
No further help coming from me :D
Which bit don't you understand? Exact same bike, same motor, same battery, same CA ...............no wonder I left this forum.........
Amberwolf - as you are of limited understanding - they made more than one of these bikes pictured above and I also have one.

Because I dismantled the battery and did a BMS bypass on the discharge side. 150a on the BMS label.
Motors have nothing to do with wattage output. The controller and battery determine that.
If you have crappy 150a controller @ 80v then it's 12kw assuming the battery has a 150a BMS.
Anything...
It's a QS273 3.5t motor with a 150a bms ............How do I know?.........Because I currently have one that I'm 'tuning' the crap out of. :bolt:

It won't work because you're doing the setup in square and not FOC
......and turn on to sensors
Password is: press each button from left to right once

I'm running a few Nucular 24f controllers on QS205s 3T and 4T @ 350ba and 500pa @84v 88v and 92v no problems
all run at 20kw.
I did run qs205 @ 124v on a APT AE96600......now that was fun
Jonno
A 1/2 throttle gives you more control as you have some handlebar to grip.
The best Controller to use is IMO a Nucular 24f - because of all its features (mappable throttle curves etc)

You need a usb cable to program from your laptop.
Which display are you using?
Do you have a multi power switch? (3 speed)
You should easily be able to run 100a + with your setup.
Post some screen shots of your app settings .
Where are you located?
Jonno
I had a AE96600 for a while. it would run at 124volts and 600a phase. a bit bulky and heavy but good.
Now i only run Nucular 24fs- some at 92.4v 500p hase = smaller and much easier to program.

A 100a bms will cut the power under load as the votol is asking for 150a - due to the bigger motor wanting more.
You can either:
Do a BMS bypass - depending on your battery capability
or
Lower the max amps to 100a in the votol software.
hope this helps
