    not sure.. never had issues with them. maybe research what kills halls and see if you can avoid that situation.. if youre adding beefier wires im guessing youre over volting/ running extra current? so maybe its the heat

    looks like its supposed to be like that... for the wires to bend more freely.. if that setup works id consider getting a pressure washer (the kind that collapse and keep pressure on the nut) and/or a nut with the nylon insert, it stops then from vibrating loose. locktite would work too i suppose...

    oh darn.. luckily nothing too serious but still a pain and the motor slowing down or is hard to turn when you short the phases because its basically a generator, puts put power when you spin it, lots of peoole use tgem as wind mills. (that how the regen braking works) so nothing to worry about...

    a loose/ broken phase wire will do this... be real careful about it but try giving it a tiny bit of throttle (less than 5% ) and spin thewheel by hand slowly if it does nothing then quickly jumps (and probably trips your over current shut off) then its a phase wire is disconnected. if it...

    yeah, dont expect to saturate this thing at all. its a homemade batt 336 30q cells in 28s 12p in theory its rated 180amps continuous but id rather not go over 150 peak (10 secs ) and hover around 100 continuous. soldered together with 16G copper wire

    For anyone looking i just found out you can half bypass the phase sensors and trick it into putting out more power. leave the wire in it but solder on an extra wire roughly the same size and go around (not through) the sensor and itll put out twice the power, all your setrings still work but...
