    So. my company is building the steam / lithium separator for this power plant. Cost to Fuji Japan is 6 mil$ and its 75 feet long, 15 feet wide, cost 1 mil to weld, and is lined with 5 mil in inconel.

    Not enough to promote a great concern. Do not worry. Delta V across the cell banks is not that bad. When the delta cell to cell reaches 100mV or more, then concern. This 5 incongruity might just be the BMS voltage reading error percent itself...
