TSDZ2 EBike wireless standard (like Specialized Turbo Levo) - OpenSource

I own both a mtb with a TZ with the open source and a specialized Turbo Levo. I need to make a clarification on your comparison to the Levo. Specialized has a phone app, Mission control, on it you can raise and lower each indiviual power level, it would have allowed you to set the motor to...

    A tale of E-bikes

for my Father's day ride I took the BBSHD bike, and sorry to all the TZ fans, but the BBSHD way outperforms the TZ. It simply feels like the bike was built with the the motor on it, while the Tz feels like the motor is a afterthought. The BBSHD is not with out issues. It has taken me 6...

    A tale of E-bikes

Update, it will not be the tale of 3 bikes as I bought a Levo which will be here this week. I have ridden b oth of the others and my wife's BBS02 many times now. I have the latest software on the TZ, and my programming on the BBSHD, but I have toned the BBASHD down as the Ludi controller was...

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

Rode mine today on real trails, with the newest software and the settings I posted earlier in this thread it works great. Only thing that does not work is the throttle, it is useless as it is. Seems that it is tied to your current PAS level so it really does not do you much good. Casino, is...

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

Soo today my cables arrived and I learned how to upgrade the firmware so now I am on the newest. I really like it alot, very smooth, feels like it should. There are only 2 issues I think would be great to correct. 1: throttle, it seems that the throttle is tied to the assist level, or it feels...

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

One other software issue that bugs me is that the trip meter resets every time you kill the power. Many times on a ride I will stop and turn off the bike and then when I restart the trip meter has reset....... Could we possibly change this for next firmware, then maybe like the BBSHD press...

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

Seems to me this is something we would want changed in a future firmware update so we do not have to reset it every time we unplug. Although I do not know if that is possible...

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

For the best hill start performance I would setup as the following: Motor current control = torque Assist w/o pedal = enable Startup BOOST = disable Startup BOOST duration = 5 Startup BOOST fade = 6.5 Motor current ramp = 10a (maximum) Calibrate your torque sensor then enable calibrations Motor...

    A tale of E-bikes

I only ride dirt trails, which will probably put way more strain, so far I have like 5 rides and not crank breaking issues, and the programming is getting to where I really like it. The throttle is useless for me at this point....

    Tongsheng mid drive Issue

Honestly the first thing I would do if at all possible is to try another battery, or to try your battery on another bike. The battery, even though it is showing full and even on the multimeter, might still be bad, as soon as you put it on the gas it puts a load on the battery and boom, no power.

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

I must be missing something, but why all the worry about state of charge. I honestly go by the current voltage to know how much battery i have left. You already stated that you regularly only charge to like 50%, so why not just charge to 80% and then you would not even need to worry about it...

Ok, I put a couple of miles on it. I am getting there. I still have two issues and an error. first off, when I turn on the bike the display does state that I am on version 1.0.0 it does not say beta or alpha. electrify bike sold me the motor and told me it was the latest firmware just out...

I am sorry, but again I read the wiki : Enable the torque sensor full calibration (enable only after doing the correct calibration by following this guide: How to calibrate the torque sensor). this does not answer my question. Can I leave the calibration enabled, or do I disable it after doing...
