EV Global EBIKE Builds and Remodels

A couple of pics from yesterdays ride! I really like being able to set the cruise control at about 15mph and just cruise around the small lake roads with no hands, makes for an enjoyable ride I reused the EVG seat post and It was the only issue I had on this ride, no matter how hard I tighten...

EV Global EBIKE Builds and Remodels

Going to be reviving this old dead thread! I'm doing the exact same thing I did 10 years ago...giving the EVG Ebike a makeover and making a sweet commuter bike! Got this gem off Facebook marketplace for an OK deal...I would have preferred a LE edition but I'll settle for this ugly red color...

    I Bought a Talaria Sting R MX4...

I have a feeling the power to weight ratio will be even worse, top speed is almost the same so it has slightly more torque its 12kw but weighs 60lbs more and still has the same tiny 19" wheels of the Talaria so at a minimum I would need $1000 wheel set and a $1000 controller also making total...

    Nova Cruz Voloci Scooter/Bike Info

So I have been letting my crazy daughter ride the Death Voloci since her rear brakes are messed up on her LR small block build(china caliper leaking from piston), and even with the changing of the front sprocket to make the bike slower...she is still getting up to 50mph since she is so small! I...

    Nova Cruz Voloci Scooter/Bike Info

Bought two new off road style tires for the death voloci, with the new larger front sprocket the bike still does 48mph with my daughter on it, but we like to ride on dirt trails sometimes so I decided to get rid of the street slicks so she doesnt kill herself... One time me and my GF were...

    I Bought a Talaria Sting R MX4...

Haha thanks for the reply but I cannot ride that thing on the streets around town. The second I get into the riding trails I do wish that is what I purchased! The Talaria is fun but not nearly as much fun as the Stark Varg would be!

    I Bought a Talaria Sting R MX4...

One thing I noticed was that the Talaria seat is wwwaaayyyyyy better and wider and more comfortable than a stock Kuberg Freerider seat, but it was still pretty stiff and uncomfortable after only a few miles of riding for a larger rider like myself. It just seems like it is lacking on inner foam...

    I Bought a Talaria Sting R MX4...

So after years of watching people on these Sur-ron style bikes and the like I finally decided to get one. I ended up ordering a Talaria Sting R MX4 since they have a gearbox and are faster(52mph) than most similar bikes factory stock (other than the new E-RidePRO SS) Luna Cycle is having a...

TaoTao Db17 LR Small Block build

Actually the chain is a 415 chain and only the master link broke, I found that the chain was a tad too close to the frame on the bottom of the chain line and it was rubbing against the weld for the old stock kickstand right behind the foot peg area...i took the Dremmel tool to the mount and cut...

TaoTao Db17 LR Small Block build

Hmm now after all this reworking of the system, she goes to ride the bike today and the chain broke...this is a #41 chain rated at over 500lb workload. Not sure what happened since i was not there wondering what went wrong

TaoTao Db17 LR Small Block build

This bike is freaking fast! I just got a new Talaria Sting R and her bike is keeping up with me at 44mph! (her battery is 20s4p 21700 20ah) I just put new front brakes on the bike since she wore out here first set of vintage Julie hydraulics, she wore out the rear brakes 6 months ago and i...

Mini Hiryuu - Mid power ebike

Nice build! I like the KISS mentality when it comes to a commuter! Love the classic old Watt meter on the top tube, i miss having that

The new Onebot S6 folding Ebike review!

Again, you are just talking in generality lumping all bikes into this one category in your mind from your experience. You can have your own opinion on this and that is fine, But you are highly mistaken about this particular bike being dangerous or a poor design...and i doubt you know for a fact...

The new Onebot S6 folding Ebike review!

Thanks for your input but you are comparing a jetson to a onebot, jetson is not a fair comparison and less than half the price its not even in the same ballpark. And ive had this bike for quite a while ive done much more than 10 miles on it. Im also a big guy and this bike is extremely...
