Hey gang. I have an ND72850 on my QS205 V3 50H 5T.
I know the controller is much larger than what I need but I plan on installing a larger motor soon, so I want to have the controller.
The problem I’m running into is that my motor has a slight current grinding/buzz sound during acceleration and slow speeds. Also, when I come to a stop, I can still hear current going to the motor, making a slight grinding/buzz sound with when I’m not moving. It’s not loud but I feel it. Once I get up to 10 mph, my bike is smooth and silent.
It did not have the sound when I was using the ND72390 controller.
I did the auto learn and it’s the same settings as my previous Controller.
