That is probably just a brand that buys stock folding e bikes and re-brands them "Joulvert" . That is my guess anyhow. I was riding a folding bike i own and speed is consistently a safety hazard. I would really stick to that 20mph and don't go faster, even with pedaling. They handle very odd at high speed when turning, cornering, or weaving. I worry for your safety, folding bikes are cute but really should be slow, around town bikes.
