Oops ... I did do a rough map of the SONY US18650VTC4

"3.40V static voltage looks to be effectively empty for these cells.
Simple line chart approximates capacity per .10V

3.4V - 3.5V = 195mAh
3.5V - 3.6V = 505mAh
3.6V - 3.7V = 405mAh
3.7V - 3.8V = 225mAh
3.8V - 3.9V = 200mAh
3.9V - 4.0V = 200mAh
4.0V - 4.1V = 175mAh
4.1V - 4.2V = 110mAh"
