Hi everyone!

I'm converting a Doodle bug to electric and looking for a sprocket for my brushless motor... the one that came with it is a size 420 chain, 9T for 14mm shaft with a 5mm key. Thickness of the sprocket is 11mm.

Looking for the same thing but for a #35 chain ! Could be a 10T, 11T or 12T.

Being in Canada, just don't want to buy a new rear sprocket and chain, specially with the USD to CAD conversion rate, import fees and such.

Cheers!

Not sure that you need to go this route but when I couldn't find a sprocket I needed, I found this supplier in the UK.
https://simplybearings.co.uk/shop/login.php
They were able to make them up and get them to me fairly quickly.

I needed a 3/4" shaft x 24 tooth for a T8F chain. I bought two.
The quality is quite good, IMO.
In my case, the 'pilot' hole was 5/16".
That was great to start the drilling out to the required 3/4" I needed.

My cost was $13.65 USD for two sprockets. ($6.82 each)
Shipping/Postage to the US (Calif) came to $13.66. No other charges.
$27.31 USD total.

Hope this helps.
