Terminology

Hiccup Mode: "When a power supply cannot sustain a certain amount of drawn current, and uses this mode, it will power off momentarily to stop the overcurrent condition, then come back on to see if the overload is gone. When it isn't, it continues to do that cycle until the load is below it's limits."
