Mercane MX60 rebuild

I like the design on the MX60, and just got one a bit run down but at a nice price.

At first sight, not bad.

After going it over the scooter had mores issues then i first i thougt, i love the battery solution but it need to be rebuild. It holds 60,4V fully charged so thsts cost.

And after couple of days i decided to do rebuild from ground and try some new electronics.

Starting the rebuild with re wire the motors, has orginal 9 pin. No speed sensor just 5 hall wires and 3 new 12awg pahse wires

As i will use switches and light as orginal the only adition i need is eco/turbo switch

Got the battery back, had to replace 8 cells

As i wait for the controller kit it’s time for rewire and new connectors, had some jwpf that works great

Installed a key switch that can be pulled out in both posisions

Finaly the controller kit got delivered, not the best quality i think but have to test it

Modify the connectors on the controller, and make a new end plate with separation.
