Votol EM-100 Software Debugging Error

Hi, trying to connect to the EM-100 Controller with the cable that came with the product ( CAN - USB )
Whenever I'm trying to connect it says "Communication Abnormal, no response".
What are the steps needed to take to resolve this issue?
