short version:
I think The controller is in good condition. I was able to run a few test drives on it, until something went wrong, but I am pretty sure the issue is located outside the controller itself.
When I connect everything I am getting 10 flash errors.
In the manual 10 flashes means:
Controller is in pre-operational state. Use DVT to put controller into operational state.
or
Controller has not received all configured RPDOs within 5s of power up. Check CANbus wiring and PDO configuration.
or
One or more RPDOs have not been received within 3s at power up or within 500ms during operation. Check CANbus wiring and PDO configuration
I am pretty sure that something is wrong with my DSPIC box and I can't figure out what exactly. I am going to buy another controller which will accept potentiometer input as throttle directly.
since I don't have ixxat USB-to-CAN
