Have you considered a deck spacer and make it all battery underneath? External controllers will also cool better. Think Kaabo Wolf King GT.

I don't know anything about the wiring on your scooter, but these are a really good idea when powering up a new build:

Re: Dragy 0-35mph, Mantis 10 pro

The stock MOSFETs are not very good and I would try replacing them on your bad controller to see if that fixes things. If it doesn't, you could try reflowing the boards. Controller power wires are only 14ga, so either upgrade those, or run a second wire. On the negative side you have to run to the s...

Re: Dragy 0-35mph, Mantis 10 pro

Originally I was going to leave it stock but at 160km a rear MOSFET blew up. Luckily I bought it locally and Eevee's warrantied the controller no problem. Controller #2 developed a different problem shortly after install, so I bought a new one out of pocket and decided to see what this thing can rea...

Re: Chevy Bolt first drive

What I mean to say is that since 2010, Nissan has sold over 500,000 Leaf EV's globally. I'm not trying to be obnoxious, but Tesla sold 1,917,450 globally up to this year, and 564,743 globally in H1 if 2022. They will be at 2 million a year run rate by the end of this year. I just think folks need t...

Re: Who's still around?

My old Rocky bike was sold and the new owner wrote it off, breaking a collar bone in the process. Since then I've only been pedaling. I've been seeing standup scooters everywhere here in Vancouver lately and I've been contemplating buying or building some new electric wheels. For 2022 we added a Tes...
