Re: E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

Excellent work as always Grande. My Vboxx has around 16000 miles or so now. It has always had play on the sprocket counter shaft since day 1. I wonder if a little play is by design? I don't think so. I think they made the Vboxx with large mechanical tolerances on the bearings. All the bearings I su...

Re: E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

Just another update regarding my Vboxx. I have no reply yet from AU at tech@stealthelectricbikes.com My Bomber now has 20.000Km and some parts must be replaced as I wrote before. The piece that connect the sprocket to the output shaft has too much play in the bearing and should be replaced. This is ...

Re: E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

Hey TV you're my hero, I didn't think about fixing the inner part with the 3 teeth. Here is what I've done. With a steel spring wire of 1mm diameter I made a similar circular spring like the original one. 20200308_151359~2[1].jpg 20200308_162504~2[1].jpg 20200308_163143~2[1].jpg 20200308_164020~2[1]...

Re: E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

Bigbore, so I assume this is part of the freewheel mechanism. If you can describe how it has failed in a little more detail, I may know a way it can be repaired. Does it use a wire spring clip to activate the detents? https://i.ibb.co/9Yxcy6d/freewheel-vboxx.jpg Yes it uses a wire spring clip to ac...

Screen Shot 2020-02-12 at 7.25.57 PM.png If your spur gear is loose there is are 2 allen bolts on the top and bottom that sandwich the shaft in place, Check the side plates to see if there is any wear that may make the shaft loose (not top to bottom but left to right)... Mee too ..... I've been using the Max-e Allex sold me with the used Bomber and today I still have to see something equivalent. With Nucular I would miss the BMS feature I use almost every day I ride my Bomber.

Grazie mille Rix. Fra poco smonterò il mio Vboxx seguendo i video sopra.
My Vboxx lost 1st, 2nd and 4th gear, the spur gear has a lot of play and I noticed a leak of grease from the bolt in the center of the spur gear.

Re: E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

This Bomber above now need a V-Boxx service or maybe a new V-Boxx. What's your advice to buy a new V-Boxx? Some time ago I read that Mammuth from Russia may sell it but I contacted them without any reply.
Or does Stealth bike sell replacements for V-Boxx?

Re: Adaptto Mini-E/Max-E Owner's Thread

I've got a Max-E with the 70v charge coil and an Eaton PSU and plan to pick up a J plug adapter to make use of EV charging stations. I usually charge at 110v and have the Adaptto set to 13 amps on the input side, but since the charging stations operate on 240v I'm wondering how many amps I should a...

Re: Storm Bee electric dirt bike

Last week I saw this e-motorcycle in person at EICMA. It feels very good and ready for some off road abuse. The only thing I do not like is the fact that the street legal version will be equipped with smaller rims. We should let Sur Ron know that we want the same rims as the MX on the street legal ...

Re: Nucular Electronics owner's thread (setup infos, FW updates, links etc.)

I don´t have any nucular controller yet, but I have a qs 205 50h v3 4t. I have tried 250A phase, and I don´t think it i enough. I now have 360 (max with the controller I have now) It will be interesting to see what 400-500A can do :) Maybe 250A is ok in a 5t or 6t motor, or maybe you think it is en...

whats the weight of the scooter?
The specs say around 60Kg but tomorrow I will go to the Italian retailer and have a look in person.
By the way ... did you saw this site? https://bleilebikes.com/
Sounds like the Italian retailer gets these e-scooters from there.

with 10kW peaks 12F good. If speed not too high it will run fine, for 80kmh+ choose 24F
Thank you.
Do you know someone who has already mounted a Nucular Controller on one of these e-scooters?

Re: Nucular Electronics owner's thread (setup infos, FW updates, links etc.)

Which controller should I use with this e-scooter that I will buy soon?
The controller most probably will be placed inside the frame and I think I will mount a nominal 3kW QS hub motor.
I think I will need 12F
What's your thoughts?

Nicely done Karl. If you can build these in 12 hours each I may as well give up now. You could be onto a winner if you were willing to sell them. Maybe I'm too meticulous, but my packs typically take 30-60 hours to make. Hence my pricing that many can't stomach. Cheers About 60 hours is the time I ...

I love some of the stuff I read because sounds like DIY oriented.
It sounds like a 26S16P 96V battery made with 416 Sony VTC6 that at 22Kw deliver around 230A and 14A/cell.
