Now I'm trying the very same but with the throttle only: no leds, no switch button... just a throttle with 3 wires red, green, black (letters b,c,d according to pics above). Can I do it or will I ne...

Re: Freewheel broke off/ Bafang BPM's cover PIC'S INSIDE

Hi I was wandering if this has happened to anyone. It is 500W 8FUN BPM2 Rear Drive Hub Motor I purchased from bmsbattery. It was about seventh ride on it, never pedaled hard, pretty much always in highest gear and the thread holding the freewheel broke clear off the hub. I tried to post a picture, ...

Re: Cell_man/emissions free:3 months waiting a piece on warr

I have told Luis that unless he removes his comments from here I am not assisting him. His choice. Threats from a mod from another forum, would be a good reason to ban that guy making threats from this forum. Stuff like that shouldn't be on the public side. He could have just emailed it to Cellman....

Cell_man , Paul, You could send the guy a cover from a kit you got there and wait for your supplier to restock it to you. What about that? :D

Re: Cell_man/emissions free:3 months waiting a piece on warr

I think cell_man here is offering a very poor service (intended or not). As Administrator I have been recomendig their products for while in our Spanish speaking e-bike forum, but now it's over and for good if this guy doesn't get what is fair (a working motor/piece). I think it's going to cost him ...

Re: Wiring problems (Pix ins.) throttle-controller Cute

The brown and yellow wires are the switch on the throttle. The orange wire from the controller, which is presently connected to the big red wire needs to have battery voltage to make the controller work. When disconnected, it puts the controller into stand-by mode. So, you need to cut it half way f...

Re: Wiring problems (Pix ins.) throttle-controller Cute

Your last image is not showing for me so I don't know if you have this covered already. The #2 plug for the power has 3 wires: The red and black go to the battery and the orange goes to a key switch or to the battery positive. If you don't have the orange wire hooked up the controller will not powe...

Re: Wiring problems (Pix ins.) throttle-controller Cute

My guess is that #6 on the controller is the throttle. The diagram shows what colors mate up on the three wires you need. The other three wires on the throttle assembly are not needed. You can hook up the green to your batt positive to make the battery monitor light work if you want but it is not r...
