On the negative side or the positive side usually the positive in goes out first. If overly hard discharge. Anyway and end group makes it a much easier for you to replace.

Read up on this model it might be up your alley. There is also a support thread for that machine on E.S. I have read of many problems with that sanko welder. Use a high power cell less stress.

Where is the low group of parallel cells located in the pack. Do check to see if that bleed circuit is self discharging on that channel of the bms while the pack is still togethere.

If someone is going to steal you battery they will just steal your bike with rolling wheels stick it in a van and drive off. if they see the bike parked for 2 hours every Wednesday and get it then.

Yes but I think a little off the top helps. Just hold tip and knock off the tip of the point.. A little surface area for transfer of energy. I mean your melt in the pit of the copper and copper is a dirty metal

I like to monitor my pack. And parallel then series is the ez way. I like large format cells like 20ah so not many connections. Not much luck. So looking for a 20s 9p or 7p triangle pack of Samsung 30q.

I seen tips that where sharpen and then slightly take the point off the tip and round it. My friend has a special tip conditioner for his Tig welding tips made of tungsten 600usd.

I charged my A123 20ah to 3.45 - 3.50v as two 12s for 24s. They will settle above around 3.4v or above. Plus I just bulk charge. I do have a una9plus + thru the sense wire charger. But never need. No bms 1,380 cycles 5yr old

Even at 3c the pack is not going to see a long long life. It will tell you on how much it sags.
