well i think it all depends on the bike really don't it? and the rider of course :roll: ie if your bike was a road bike id say no more than 20mph but at the same time if you have a top of the line indestructible DH monster and leather with a full face then id say 50-60mph was okay at the appropriate...

A Entry level rc setup to run at around 30-35mph cost around £120 for a motor jackshaft and controller. Dont let anyone tell you any different :mrgreen: £120?? sounds very within reach :) untill i think of battery's and balance stuff :x if you where building a setup, bearing in mind that you wont...

hey guys just a quick one...
i was wondering what setup you would recomend that can hit 30 mph easy (will be limited to 30 for now :twisted:)
looking for an rc setup as im trying to build a board track racer but what to avoid the law somewhat 8)

double walled rims will help with your wobbly rims :lol: but try not to "skid" or hit obsticals with out trying to soak up the impact or deweight if you are on the flat :) hope this makes sense :oops: as for the motor setup i would think you'd need to encase it anyhow? from water and mud? looks good...

haha sound cumbersome the advantage i can see it it will be much cheaper for me to mess about with a scooter that building a proper ebike :lol:

easy to hack?

i was thinking of geting one of those electric scooter bike things like a 50cc scooter but electric with pedals :lol:
but over here there limited to 15mph so i was wondering how easy it is to hack to 25-30 mph without throwing to much cash at it :shock:
