Re: LMX P2 : Freeride trials motorcycle frame development

With the kelly controller, is it not possible to use a SS49E hall sensor and magnet attached to a brake lever and get variable regen? I was hoping of setting this up on my 161 build. This is what i use on my adaptto controller. Its basically works like a throttle, but instead of twisting the magnet...

I recently emailed Edward Lyen and he got straight back to me eager to help my enquiry. So i am guessing he is still in his basement selling and fixing up controllers.

A bit off topic but a lot of users on this thread probably use/have used the DMN rcp3 rear shock. Question,, does the piggyback chamber contain air or nitrogen? Do i need to adjust it feom new or just leave as is? Thanks Guys Andrew. the pressure chamber is air and is pressurized from the manufactu...

Re: LMX P2 : Freeride trials motorcycle frame development

We're not sure yet we will sell both models, easiest for us is to sell only the 161-h and let customers remove some of the parts they do not need for offroad use, but the demand for the offroad version is still high. The power is not limited, only the top speed is. We have auto regen on throttle of...

For the seams I would sand the top coat off fill the seams with a carbon epoxy mix sand then respray a top coat. https://endless-sphere.com/forums/download/file.php?id=232093&mode=view I think they are more concerned with the misalignment issues (with the suspension etc) more than the aesthetics of...

In the last link the price is fine...thanks Be careful, i think that price in that link is for the 48v version. Here is a link to Suron's selling base in China for the 60v version. https://shop.tbfocus.com/item.php?id=552799556962#3571016202818 They did also have lots of spare parts listed a few we...

When you say 'can i move it' do you mean side to side or just up and down like they should do. My first set of bushings were really tight and stiff, in fact they actually stopped the suspension freely working. The second pair were a lot looser but i dont think they could be positioned like the one i...

That's a nice bit of bodging. What size bolts did you use? I have a new issue. I replaced the snapped suspension bolts today, but now there is a huge amount of play on the swingarm shoulders due to worn POM bushings. This is my second set of bushings. I just looked up my old emails to NYX and i had ...

Hi Adam
What are the hall and phase wire 'colour' combinations between the kelly controller and the lmx motor? Do they all match or do any need swapping around?
Thanks

Basically John Holmes sounds like a bumbling idiot who has been running an ebike business for years and somehow does not have an amp hour gauge or even a multi meter to give us real numbers. But he got instant fame by doing a sur ron review on his you tube channel with no real data. The ebike busin...

Re: LMX P2 : Freeride trials motorcycle frame development

Because our battery only has one exit port I would suggest to use a single port BMS. We do have a few here but none available for sale as we like to keep a few for warranty. 50-60A continuous and 150A peak is required, the BMS cut out should be over the controller max peak amps to prevent cut-outs ...

Re: At what voltage BMS cuts battery?

2.8v is the usual value per cell for bms cut off. You probably have a week cell/cells in one of your parrallel groups which is causing a large voltage sag as there is less energy in that combined cell group. Sounds to me that you need to remove the series connections and get a multimeter on each par...
