Re: Thread for new battery breakthrough PR releases

Nothing wrong with that.... anything positive about that? Of course not. Powerbanks are often made with defective cells discarded for better use. I wish we had graphene available for our battery packs. That's all. Nothing to worry about and Nothing to celebrate either. I wish Nothing but the best fo...

Re: Sparkle destroying my Powerpole 45A

I agree. I abused pp75 over the years without any visible wear. They are underrated. I dunno the exact cypher but they are way over 75 amps capable.

Re: Sparkle destroying my Powerpole 45A

As soon as they get close they arc. If they separate a little while riding they also arc. I use breakers and shrink tube so they never arc and last for years. I didn't burn any pp45 for ages.

Re: Where is the fault in this battery ?

Nothing.
The pattern looks ok. I see there's no gaskets and the tabs are wide. May short over time. It should work anyway. Btw I can see only one side of the battery. The other link is down.

The battery doctor.... you are kinda right. You got a legit point. Nevertheless I must disagree. Correct me if I am wrong but afaik all cells have a quality test and those under the standards are discarded and sold to third party companies. They are rebranded as whateverfire and sold for cheap. This thread puzzles me. Ok mr fabien...
Why do you need pas for a 10 kw setup? It is as illegal as a non pas build.
Why 10 kw for 45 kmh? You can reach that easily under 1 kw
I understand the acceleration thing...but again why a pas if it is totally illegal?

There's a company here that seems to have almost mechanized the building proccess of graphene nanotubes. They built a ship already and they plan to make batteries next. The performance...
