If database on https://lygte-info.dk/ was public it would be possible to create a sparse chart showing various LVC values. Is there a method to access raw data?
?? All the data on lygte site is public accessable ?
I am talking of raw numbers, not charts.

Re: Highest capacity 18650 cells

So, what was the cut off voltage? This issue just came out in another thread, so I created this image which joins two different discharge curves, comparing a samsung cell with an unknown cell from https://www.powerstream.com/lithium-phosphate-charge-voltage.htm : https://jumpjack.files.wordpress.co...

Re: my 18650 frame pack build

Indeed the INR18650-30Q charts looks very different fromt that on the site I found. Which means that each lithium cell management system must be calibrated for each specific cell variant. According to charts, discharging the cell on the site I found down to 2,5V would be like discharging an INR18650...

Re: Nickel welding strips - current capability ??

The "unadequacy" of spot-welded nickel strips is an urban legend, just like venting hole of old A123 cells, which even led to building nickel strips with a hole to prevent hole from being covered! Useless holes in strips: http://jumpjack.files.wordpress.com/2013/05/barrette-a123.jpg Details: https:/...

Re: Highest capacity 18650 cells

The real cycle life killer for many (not all) cells is high charge rates, especially high charge rates at low cell temperatures. Many cells, especially high capacity cells can be destroyed within a few dozend cycles at 0,5C charge at 0°C. The 35E is only good for 1A charge rate even at 20°C(!). Sou...

if you want to safe cells from touching each other then there are way more adequate solutions than this rubbish cell holders which really are only good for stationary application. I really don't get why you say that. Did you ever try them, or have just seen them in picture? the interconnecting nick...

Re: my 18650 frame pack build

That's good. Now we need to know cycle life and balance over time. So you have some more work to do. Get to work. Cycle Life. i can get full 30Ah out of the pack if i charge to 4.20V and discharge to 2.80V. not that i do it every day, but for range tests i did that. i plan to charge to 4.10V. i don...

Re: Bluetooth 10-15s bms review

Sorry I don't get if somebody was able to reflash the firmware of this BMS.
I also don't understand where the Windows screenshots come from, I only found the Android app.
And finally, is this firmware compatible with this BMS? But where is the original sparkfun BMS? I can't find it.

Can anybody please upload somewhere KEB72801 firmware? Kelly Controls just told me this controller is discontinued and will be no more updated in the future, and I have no backup of my firmware (I don't even know how to upload a firmware actually, any tip?)

I often read of people sending back their controllers back to Kelly for repair. Did you already try the contact form on the site:

Re: kelly controller 144v 300amp khb regen problems

Regen power depends on battery status: if battery is already fully charged, regen will be 0% to prevent damage to battery. Try experimenting with regen when battery is at 50%. About how the sliders work, this is how I understand it: - brake switch regen: it's a "binary" or "on/off" regen, at fixed p...

Re: Kelly controller programming

Some important general notes on programming Kelly controllers: - each Kelly controller family (KHB, KEB, KBS,...) requires its own specific PC adapter; a generic RS232/usb adapter is NOT always the right choice: check the controller manual and page; - not all USB/serial adapters work properly; the o...

Re: Kelly KEB KEB72801 Problems

It's written and higlighted several times in the KEB72801 manual (and also other Kelly controllers manuals) that you SHALL NEVER attempt reprogramming it while motor is running.
I don't know if you blew up controller, motor, or PC serial/USB port, or all of them... :(

Kelly, CANBUS and Arduino

My Kelly KHB72701C controller is equipped with CANBUS. Any advice/tutorial/experience about connecting to an Arduino to read data? Can I also *write* data, i.e. change controller configuration, using CANBUS? (i.e. damage it...) I read about several CANBUS shields existing: is that all I need? A shie...

After all these years... isn't there a better or updated version of the cell log? There is the possibility of connecting CellLog to a tiny WiFi module (ESP8266, NodeMCU) which can transmit data to your smartphone using WiFi: https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=20142&start=200 htt...

Re: QS MOTOR,0.5-14kW Electric Hub Motor Manufacture China

I have an HRBJ183 e-scooter equipped with a hub motor labeled "60W50080".
Can you provide any tip about how to change the tyre? How can I separate the motor from the wheel?
