Ya he isnt speeding. I think his bike can do 40kmh but he probably does 20/25 max. He's a little frail and doesnt want to wipe out. I got a deal on a 1000w 48v system so that's what I put in . He cant peddle at all because of arthritis so I figured the more torque he had at his disposal the better....
