Re: SEXY E-BIKES WITH MOTO WHEELS SHOWOFF THREAD

Well I finally got around to it. This winter in New England has not been conducive to outdoor pursuits, yet the old timers say that this is the way it used to be. I guess we are all getting soft with the climate changes... Anyway, i have been struggling with making this sucker fit. Between the clear...

Re: "Destination Discovery" Extended Range MXUS 3000W Build

Good to see you with us again, ICE. Concerning your Lyen 18 fet-there has been some discussion about different controller/motor color combos and what seems to work best without a so called false positive. After you get yours up and spinning, could you kindly share which combos seem to work best for ...

Re: Speed, Comfort and Age

I was thinking about the results of this survey: " Comfortable speed " (If you haven't voted yet, please do) http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=66106 I was wondering if the results are somewhat skewed because of age. I am under the impression that there are a significant number of...

Thanks for that. Be sure to give us a build thread when you get to that stage. There have been a couple members from Europe and at least one from Australia who went through getting their builds inspected and officially "legal" and plated and by all accounts, has been bloody hell. When I got mine ins...

Heidenau are German made. Most of the others are made in Thailand-probably all in the same factory. How many moped tire manufacturers can there be in Thailand? So what sizes are you considering-widths? Looking to get 2.5's but they arent road legal So for those of us here in the states, kindly tell...

Your doing a very methodical, detailed job and your efforts are appreciated.

A quick question as I couldn't quite tell from the photos-does the thermistor share the same ground as the halls?

Re: Motorcycles and E-scooters in China

SK8NORCAL once again thanks for keeping us up to date on what's happening in China. A great educational read! A couple of things caught my eye and got my mind to thinking. There are some references to "export quality" and the higher costs associated with that (!). I wonder how they would define what...

Kent, have you had a chance to put the MXUS 3k through its paces yet? No Rix, not yet. I just spent most of xmas day fiddling with washers trying for the best combo to get the wheel centered and get clearance for the brake caliper. Right now its centered and I can get a piece of paper between the c...

Videos-Zero Gears UP

All good news for electrics. What strikes me though, is that Zero promotes its quiet image yet they have a noticeable high pitched whine. As do the electric Harleys.

Re: What are the white Hall connectors called?

If its the common white ridged plastic connector, they come in two basic sizes and the smaller one is available from 1 to 12 connector slots. These folks have all the sizes including the pins. they are quite cheap and while your at it, get some extra pins. The pins come male/female. ElectricScooterP...

I think the point here, and the reason I posted it, is that it shows what a country (Germany) can do when it is united behind a single effort... Germany Gambles on Alternative Energy-Video

This is a well presented short video by RT. It does an impressive compare/contrast between Germany and the USA. Germany's current embracing of alternative energy, with a defined national goal, sets an example of a country moving forward as a result of a shared vision. This compares unfavorably with ...
