Re: Tangent Motors RC mid drive kit

It sure could. That motor is an outrunner so we'd have to modify how the housing holds the motor. Should probably cover the spinning finger death also, keep the dirt out. Something like an oiled dirt bike air filter could be perfect... -dave Have you built any with the 80100? A kit without the moto...

Re: Cycle Analyst V3 preview and first beta release

Maybe you guys can help me out. I am using a MAC from Cell_man and a CA-DPS which was working fine together. I desoldered the speedo sensor and connected the yellow wire to the 'speed' spot on the pad. The speed seems to be correct with poles set to 80 (16 poles, 5x geared reduction). BUT the bike ...

Don't you think we should wait to place the group buy until someone actually receives and test builds this bike? Should be any week now that someone gets their frame as orders were placed more than a week ago. This, otherwise I would like to get in on group buy. 10+ discount is ideal, maybe we can ...

The seat tube is still to far from the tire to engage. I would have to build a new mount for it.

Re: Friction drive opinions.

Well I give up with this motor, I have a new 8s LiFePO4 battery that I will be using as well. So no use trying to get this thing running right when I will need a new kv for the new battery anyways.
