As Amberwolf says. more info is needed . Controllers come mostly in 36-48 volt , and 48-72 volt , with a few in between sizes, but mostly those two. What Battery pack are you using ? How many amps do you want to pull through your motor ? or is that Push through your motor . What motor do you have ?

So I have been searching the net of different drivetrains. The best thing to have is a cassette that goes up to 48 or even 50 tooth, they will not be used because of the chainline so with that kind of cassette I could at least use the 3 one down , and 2nd and up for best chain and cassette life span...
