Re: Hidden Brake Sensor Pin Out

The only thing that he noticed was that both the littlr LEDS on the sensors came on when either brake wa operated.
The easy fix is to use diodes to separate the two signal wires, its not really necessary just makes fault finding easier if there's ever a problem

If its a 450-5-15 http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5160/7423464674_41ec40f732_n.jpg Then here's a place... http://www.bearingstation.co.uk/Products/Belts/Timing_Belts/5M/PHG450-5M-15 If its not 450 then have a look at the index page and select the correct length http://www.bearingstation.co.uk/Products...

Re: Q100 (BMSBattery) Setup Question : Hall Sensor / Brakes

Connecting the halls may give smoother start. The wires are taped to make it easier for threading the wires through small holes that may be needed in a box where the controller fitted, just insert the wires into the supplied socket, copying the colours so that red goes to red and so on. Re: what is the natural diameter of Ebikes.ca heat shrink?

Heat shrink is normally 2:1 so as your smallest measurement is 2" anything greater than 2" but smaller than 4" will work ok .... I'd recommend 2.5" as being most suitable for a 2" dia

Re: rider weight

As Dave notes..I am in Jersey, not UK, so not strictly English anyway. I think he is winding us up in relation to the 13 inches though..but I could be wrong, it would not be the first time. Re: BMSBattery: shipping China>USA

In Jersey (part of the channel isles) a foot is 13 inches, which comes in handy when describing some things as being fractions of a foot and gaining a bit :D
