Re: Sabvoton SVMC072150 controller review, variable regen *P

I reset my parameters you don’t have to redo hall test, hall test is a once of thing just remember your hall angle and put in to the value Mine is 304 for cromotor but I don’t know if this number is unique or the same with all cromotor, I have a question regarding the throttle, mine goes full blast ...

Yes one of these would be boss, now how do i get the money. Do you think they are going to be a better version of this somewhere down the line, because with 80-100 volts and a slightly wider frame for moto tyres this could replace dirt bikes?

Re: Advanced ADAPTTO controllers and compatible products

I think the problem with adaptto was with the mosfet number they only used 18, sabvoton uses 36 for the same power. mosfet number is related to the wave signal to the motor, it seems to me that the more mosfet you pack the higher the wave function (complexity of the wave, or purity of sine wave shap...

Re: Adaptto Mini-E/Max-E Owner's Thread

only problem is if you have a cromotor with 60 degree hall sensors sabvoton doesn't work with it, so you are stuck with not to many options, apparently the kelly controller is really good with the cromotor, any one know other controllers that work well with a 60 degree hub motor?

Re: Advanced ADAPTTO controllers and compatible products

Man this adaptto is sort of hit and miss, some people it works others don't, I really hope they increase the success rate some how with the next iteration because having an ebike you setup as an adaptto machine and having the controller not work is a real pain in the ass

Re: Adaptto Mini-E/Max-E Owner's Thread

I put a multi meter on the charge circle and it's closed should it be open? Meaning one of the components on the board is broken or can it be a software problem?

there is a lot of cryptic talk sometimes on the forums, could people just tell it as it is like what the hell does back to OEM even mean, lets keep the forums for everyone not just people that have an advanced diploma in ebike theory.

Re: Adaptto Mini-E/Max-E Owner's Thread

seems really convoluted just to get a ebike up, I remember the days when you could just pug and ride. It also seems like a lot of people that buyed this controller have problems with it at some stage, https://ballaratebikes.com/collections/controllers/products/72v-200a-mobipus-foc-sine-wave-controll...

Re: Brass for spot-welding 18650 parallel cell groups?

Guys I worked out how to get copper to weld onto battery's 1. Clean everything with vinegar especially the welding surfaces 2. Flux the area with a flux gel 3. Cut a small piece of solder, I like using silver solder you can use what you want 4. Put that small piece of solder on the welding area 5. P...

Re: Brass for spot-welding 18650 parallel cell groups?

anyone try conductive glue as an alternative to spot welding, was thinking it might work better then welding as the heat from the welding process will increase the internal resistance of the battery, plus the silver electrical epoxy should be more conductive?

feedback?
