That will not work. The resolver in that motor requires a sinusoidal drive signal in order to output a sin and cos signal. It is a 3 phase motor and assuming it produces a sinusoidal back emf an alternative approach to calculating Kv would be to look at the DC voltage required to produce 3 120 degree separated sinusoidal voltages with a magnitude of 6V as generated by the motor at 550rpm. If you mean this one, then I see six magnets in a circle. If they are each magnetized as pole pairs then I guess it would be six. If they're only one pole each, then it's 3 pole pairs. Your wiring diagram does not show any connection to 5v for the throttle. The controller will not run without the 5v going to the throttle.

Because IGBT's are slow in comparison to mosfets we need to set deadtime to 2000ns and pwm frequency to 6kHz.

Below the relevant section for the Sonata HSG running on 48S ~ 200V on a Honda IMA inverter. The motor starts perfectly in sensorless.
With both the HSG and Leaf motor higher wiggle rate seemed to my real time statistics to work better.
