Goped stock controller max voltage? >>>>>>>

I have a stock Goped ESR 750 and am interested in upgrading the battery pack with an 8s lithium pack that has a max voltage of 33.6volts. Does anyone know if I can use this ? I have access to a Goped programmer. Thanks for any info. God Bless :)

Seller or source for HUB Motors for stand-up /kick-scooter GOPED

I am looking to modify my GoPed Electric scooter with a front and rear Hub Motors of at least 1000 watts or more each. Kind of like a DUALTRON ULTRA. Does anyone know of a source where I can purchase these and the controllers, etc. The GOPED wheels are approx. 10 to 10.5 inches in diameter so the hu...

Quetion for extperts about LIFEBATT Packs and BMS

I am thinking of joining the group buy for the LIFEBATTS and was thinking of purchasing 5 - 12Volt / 30AH packs for my EMAX scooter and putting them in series for a total of 60Volts / 30AH. My question is, will this work and will the BMS for each of the individual packs work when the packs are disc...

What do most people do when they hear a car alarm ??? They ignore it. I would suggest making the bike, etc. very unpleasing for them to steal and ride away by carrying small pump with you and deflate one or both of the tires, or take off the seat if it has a quick release seat. God Bless :)

I like the GPS idea, that way if it does get stolen, you have a way to track it, then causally have a bunch of friends with you to visit the person that stole your vehicle........or just call the police and let them know you know the location  Another idea I used to use when I had a high end mo...

I believe the main distributor for the puma kits is Texaselectricbikes.com If they don't have them, I know thesuperkids.com also sells them (though they have to get them through Texaselectricbikes.com) Hopefully you'll be able to find the version of the motor with the higher wire gauge. Maytag got ...

The P8, does that have an AL frame? I think I have to repeat that I had my frame (Speed D7) stretched to accomadate the 406. I think it was around 5 ~ 10 mm that it had to be stretched out. That's kind of a LOT of stretching. Chuck (my LBS guy that did the stretching) said he wasn't sure if this wo...

Wow really nice, it says 3 minute recharge from a service station air compressor I am guessing. That's about the same time it takes for an average fill up of gas now. I wish that a major automaker would look into this technology, but they won't as in my opinion they will explore something else like ...

I was jut thinking, now theoretically, if the air powered car had an air compressor that the engine powered, could it not keep filling its tanks with the air it needs for fuel ?? I am guessing it would probably be not as effiencient and that it could not fill the tank fast enough. Just a thought. AL...

Thanks for your reply Fechter. I inputted 38AH and 72amps to simulate my Emax scooter taking off from a stop NOT using the turbo button, as IIRC 72amps is what is uses for NON-turbo and 92amps for TURBO. With the 72amps is says that my stock 38AH batteries are like 12.77AH batteries....WOW big diffe...

How accurate is this Peukert Calculator ???>>>>

I found this on the internet tonight. Does anyone know how accurate it is ?? Currently it does not do anything smaller than 20Ah but I figure you can just double your input AH and then divide by 2 the results that you get for anything less than 20AH. Please let me know what you all think. God Bless ...

Here is my take on some of the so called Chaepo department store bicycles: Actually some of the department store bikes are probably as good as the low end bikes you get from the LBS. IIRC Mountain Bike Action magazine did a test back in 1997 or 1998 on a Huffy and Pacific mountain bikes, the Huffy o...

Those batteries are really tempting. I have a 2006 Emax so if I were to purchase 2 of these batteries and put them in parallel: 1. Stock Emax has either 36AH or 40AH Silicone SLA's. In reality with the Peukert effect, I am guessing about 27AH-30AH ?? So with these 2 20AH lithium packs I am guessing ...
