Some more progress on that build the controller is zip-tied under the Downtube for the moment, will do a better mounting soon https://i.ibb.co/G32FnjY/20190511-134047.jpg https://i.ibb.co/1d2kvDh/20190511-134338.jpg the 11T to 63T gives a perfect fit, no chain tensioner needed, so i installed the re...

Re: GNG X1-pro 3000w

sorry, the foto with the 12T was only to show the distances between the axles, had no 11T laying around at this moment... the 11T gives a precise chain lenght with the 63T on the long (normal) mounts, and i think the 12T gives a precise chain length with the 72T (with a longer chain). I only ordered...

Re: GNG X1-pro 3000w

Grantmac: Thats the situation with the short motor mount, 12T / 63T https://i.ibb.co/sqK4KVP/20190510-132828-fit-63-T-12-T-short.jpg i think the big "standart sproket" is a 72T (?), and the driver sproket is 11T. Here is a foto with 12T / 73T for comparison: https://i.ibb.co/Kw7mWXq/20190510-133150-...

Re: GNG X1-pro 3000w

i think its for 14s max. about 59V fully loaded ( maybe 62V Caps? ) ordered two of those, one gear, one chain. Asked Jon if the planetary gearbox is sealed, and if its possible to oil-fill it. Think this would really help on the noise. Also asked for a biger 219 driver sproket for less noise and les...

Re: GNG X1-pro 3000w

Looks like a very nice kit, im very interested, thanks for sharing all this information with us. 3000W at 2.5 kg is a dream. 219 Chain for reduction to the crank will be my favorite, but the "Gear-version" also sound like a very cool idea :D Someone mentioned that it will come without a display, but...

Re: Bafang BBSHD Hallsensor Error 08 "fixed", now controller problems?

the Hallsensor-Error is back. I guess, the motor have to turn a little bit to detect the Error. Last time when i was thinking i fixed it by resoldering the Hallsensor-Board, the motor was in a position wherer it doesnt move. I turn the chainwheel backwards, to move all the gears inside to get the mo...

hey CanCD, did you open the side of the Motor with the nylon gear in it, to check that? i had even worse grinding noise, and the problem was the nylon gear (at first), it was totally peanutbutter. its not that hard to change that, i ordered my replacement from luna. But on the same time the nylon ge...

Re: Ultimate BBSHD Now on 88V bring it on the powerrrr!

Nice man! like the others, im also very interested in how durable the BBSHD with that much power will be. i had mounted a external controller (35-40amp) to the BBS02, and Motor was getting really hot after some small hills. It was very noisy, maybe some sort of "wrong controller for that Motor"? -->...

I used to not care about my bike's weight, but ever since I rode my friend's carbon Yeti SB6c, I've been on a mission to reduce the weight of my bike. That SB6c was so easy to pedal! It made me wonder what on earth I've done to my bike that came in at 27 lbs from the factory Yeah, im on the same mi...
