I have a sabvoton svmc 7280 and I'm getting an error code of 30H. Anyone know what this means.

Re: Solder longevity on nickel

I been using a 100w one now and really trying to get heat in the nickel too by holding iron tip onto nickel and feeding solder in it in until flowing nice. Scoring the surface seems to make it stronger but i can still bend the nickel off the back of the solder but maybe I'm just asking too much

Re: Lightest possible Mid drive Fat bike build

Due to posted customer satisfaction, I recommend the BBSHD, available from Luna Cycles, em3ev, and Lectric Cycles. That being said, if you can be happy with less power, then the BBS02 is smaller and lighter. If the BBS02 is what you finalize on (to save a few grams), then I highly recommend a 52V /...

Re: Lightest possible Mid drive Fat bike build

Have you looked at the Tangent Ascent drive options? The 3KW one might be a good fit, and I'd bet Dave could figure out how to adapt the mounting bracket for the carbon frame. Yup, Dave has advised us he will build a 3205 motor for 1500W. Also now we are going to have a custom frame built byhttp://...

Re: Lightest possible Mid drive Fat bike build

BBS02 is probably not going to fit as the bottom bracket on that carbon frame will likely be too thick. An Astro DaVinci drive from Matt (recumpence) would be a good candidate as well as an Astro powered Tangent drive from Dave: https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=70098 Thanks Sl...

BS EN 62133:2013 Annex A, Clause A.3.2.Lithium Charging guid

Hi, I have had a problem with balance boards being seized by trading stadards. They have been tested and I need to get a copy of BS EN 62133:2013 Annex A, Clause A.3.2. in order to confirm with them that we only need to replace the charger. Will be very great full if some one has a copy of it as the...

Options for Torque sensor Mid Drive Kits?

So far Ive Tested GNG, Cyclone, Bafang Mid drives.
However I much Prefer Bosch/ Yamaha Mid drives for trail riding as natural bike control as I find it so much more fun than trying to match pedal turns with a twisting a throttle.

Are there any aftermarket kits available?

Re: Altering End Voltage on a Bulk Lipo Charger

So why not just tell a guy again? Searching this site sucks. Look for a part inside the charger with a tiny screw head on the top. Might be slot or might be phillips. It will be located very close to where the DC output wires solder to the board. Power up the charger, attach a voltmeter, and diddle...

Re: Altering End Voltage on a Bulk Lipo Charger

some chargers do not have the trimpot so you have to adjust by replacing a resistor, and if he has the EMC-1000 then a picture helps tell him where to look for the trimpot. on some of the bigger small alloy chargers the trimpot is not in the corner too. this is the chargers I have 600 w and 900 wat...

Re: 5s being charged when in series with a 6s under discharg

dnmun has a good thought there... It is a subtle thing, where if you are not careful and connect a fully charged 5S and a partially charged 6S in series at say (4.2Vx5 + 3.8Vx6=43.8V) and then parallel that with another of the same configuration, except both 6S & 5S packs are fully charged (4.2x5 +...
