Re: MXUS 3K Turbo (V3) 45mm Direct Drive Hub Motor

Thrust is the force which propels your ebike forward. Thrust is a propelling force, the reaction of the applied force according to Newton's 3rd law. You can imagine this as if someone would push your bike from behind when you hit the throttle. Just enter SPOKES / EBIKE SPOKES in Aliexpress.com and ...

Re: MXUS 3K Turbo (V3) 45mm Direct Drive Hub Motor

That's no problem. If you will want more thrust sometime later without changing hub you will be able to change rim to a smaller one and cost is a matter of acquiring a rim and certain length of spokes. Aliexpress has whatever length you need and some sellers even do custom lengths. For ex. starting...

Re: MXUS 3K Turbo (V3) 45mm Direct Drive Hub Motor

My friends have the MXUS motor, therefore, I know a lot about the motor. I tried few times the motor MXUS T3 V3 in 17 with different settings dialled in. One of them is using Sabvoton too, and another is using Kelly 7218 and Kelly 72300. There is a difference in starting torque from a stand still; ...

Sinewave vs greentime problems

Hi guys I have a sinewave and a regular greentime controller that i am testing on my MXUS 3t turbo rear motor 26". Both controllers are 72v at around 1500 to 2000w rated and 50A each. Im running 72v at the moment 18s pack The sinewave is super quiet compared to the greentime. I want to use the sinew...

Re: Is this controller salvagable?

If the controller doesn't work try re-soldering the wires and see if the controller works. If it does not work then you blew something else like a fets or caps or resistors. If it doesn't work after rewiring then just purchase another one and consider learning how to repair your old one. The cost r...

Re: Is this controller salvagable?

Yes it is possible to rewire a controller if you have a very hot soldering iron. But lets start from the beginning. Does the controller work like normal now? :D After it happened..the motor didnt move when i turned the throttle. So i dont know if i blew something or if those red wires at that damag...

Hi guys Plz dont flame me..i forgot to disconnect the power while I was soldering the shunt modification to increase the Amps a bit when I accidently touched P+ & P- resulting in a large bang naturally. yeah but sunwins are all trapezoidal waveforms. You pay more for sinewave from what I can tell looking at prices. Hi again I went ahead and bought this one. It is SUPER quiet. Re: Cycle Analyst V3 preview and first beta release

I just flashed the b13 recently though and havent entered many of the settings yet. Should i just reflash to what you mentioned? Or will there be another firmware update soon? The latest is normally the best choice, but if you have made any kind of commitment to b13, you can stay there. 'Soon' can ...

Blue wire on 5 wire LED throttle?

Hi guys
I got this throttle without any instructions. Its a 5 wire led throttle.
3 wires are for the throttle itself. I touched the single yellow wire to positive which
shows the led voltage display. But where would the blue wire connect to?
Its for the key/lock.
Thanks!

Im using the CA with the latest 3.1b13 Well, that whole b13 thing is unfortunate. That firmware was mistakenly left up on the site about 9 months ago. The latest is actually b16 downloadable from here on ES - it's linked from the Guide download page . But - back in June, Setup Utility 1.4x was rele...

Re: Cycle Analyst V3 preview and first beta release

. I am using a CA3.03 and a run-of-the-mill 1-wire PAS sensor from King-Meter. When I connect it to the CA3 +5V / GND / PAS pads on the CA3 board and turn my cranks, the PAS arrow moves down and stays there. When I connect the 1-wire PAS sensor to an older CA3.01, the PAS function works without fai...

Re: Thoughts on this controller for this motor?

I'm also betting on it being a bad contact someplace on a wire, most likely the halls connections. But its still possible the controller itself has some kind of problem, and loses synch when at high rpms. Much rarer, but defects are always still a possibility. Ok ill check my connections this weeke...

Re: Thoughts on this controller for this motor?

I double checked the connections. They all seem fine. Nothing loose or disconnected. Do you think that since the controller wattage is rated lower than the motor wattage that it might cause sputtering? Nope, the rating has nothing to do with it. I have a 1000W rated controller on my mxus 3000 and I...
