Re: Mac 10 rear vs front overheating

You see the heat bridge in the link below.it goes from stator and through the side cover to the outside of the motor.

Mac 10 rear vs front overheating

Since the new front mac motor has a heat bridge from the stator to the outside will it take significally more time to overheat a front mac motor than a rear casette version?

Re: NEW CRANK DRIVE 48V 250W AKIEMA

Wendy at Bmsbattery.com just told me that the Bafang bbs 01 250w motor was stronger than this new 250w Akiema motor.

Re: New "Lingbei MM28.250 torque sensor mid drive"

Is this lingbei motor stronger than the bafang bbs?
The motor (stator and rotor)seems wider than bafang, does it give 100%power on pedals only or do you need to use throttle to get 100% power like with the bafang bbs
Anybody tried the 250w and know how powerful it is?

Re: NEW CRANK DRIVE 48V 250W AKIEMA

Seems to be a bit heavier or just as heavy as a bbs02, but delivers significantly less power. Price is roughly the same. I'm scratching my head as to why companies like these bother building clones of clones. ( the BBS02 is a modified clone to begin with ) yes,but it cant be a clone if it has a gea...

Re: TSDZ2 lunacycle Edition??

And be really careful when evaluating comments from anyone who has a hard on for a company and slams them every time he can. I haven't seen any complaints from individuals who purchased the Xiongda from Luna. If you email Bonnie at Xiongda, she will confirm they dont make a special 1000w version. bo...

Re: TSDZ2 lunacycle Edition??

They said the same thing about their Xiongda motor. It was a special version for handleing 1000w.But when I asked Bonnie at Xiongda, she told me they did not make any special versions, and 1000w was to much for the small motor

NEW CRANK DRIVE 48V 250W AKIEMA

Do you guys think this motor will have stronger torque curve with same current than bafang 250w bbs since it have almost twice the gear reduction ratio 1 : 38 and you can choose between 36v and 48v version. There is also a 500w version https://www.aikema.com.cn/en/product/MD-P250-02.html http://www....

Re: bbs01 36v 500w stator

There is no 500w version of the bbs01.The 500w is a bbs02 which has a 5mm vider motor.Thats the diffrence from your motor. You can buy a 500w motor only from em3ev and a 25 a conroller. If you think it is worth it.

Re: Source for Q128 motors

They are fantastic motors. So I think it is strange I cant find them anywhere else than BMS battery.
I compared the hill climbing with a new Mac 10 motor both in 700 cc wheel. The small q128 is stronger faster on the hills at the same current.Top speed is about the same

Thinner laminations=less torque?

Hi I just ordered a Mac 10 which I will be running at 36v 20-25 a or 48v 20-25 a as a pedelec.I dont understand to much technical about the motor, but from what I have read here, the thinner laminations the better. So I ordered a new design Mac 10 casette motor with 0,27 mm laminations. Then I read on a...
